As an Associate Broker with Ashurst Niemeyer Real Estate, Colin specializes in helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of residential homes, land, and investment properties across Fairhope, Daphne, Point Clear, and the surrounding Eastern Shore communities.

Born and raised in Fairhope, Colin graduated from Fairhope High School before attending the University of Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate with a minor in Business Management in 2010. His formal education, combined with years of practical industry experience, gives him a valuable perspective on property values, market conditions, and real estate transactions.

Before returning to Fairhope, Colin worked in property and construction management in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and spent four years in residential real estate sales in Nashville, Tennessee. Those experiences broadened his understanding of real estate and strengthened the analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills he brings to his clients today.

Colin's real estate experience includes single family homes, new construction, homesites, acreage, and higher priced residential properties. His sales and listing history reflects particularly strong familiarity with the Fairhope market, where he combines firsthand local knowledge with a practical understanding of what makes individual properties and neighborhoods unique.

Clients consistently praise Colin for his patience, responsiveness, market knowledge, and calm approach to negotiations. Whether working with first time buyers, helping homeowners prepare to sell, or assisting clients relocating to Baldwin County, Colin believes informed decisions and clear communication make all the difference.

In 2015, Colin and his wife, Melanie, returned to Fairhope to build their life together. Today, they are raising their two daughters in the community Colin has always called home.

For Colin, real estate is about more than buying or selling property. It's about helping people make confident decisions about one of life's most important investments.
